About this Project

K CORP’s work at BUMC has included the installation of (2) new roof mounted air-cooled chillers for BAI, (2) new fluid coolers and piping for the BUMC data center, AHU replacements at the central plant, boiler plant and carpenter building. New exhaust ductwork system and outside air system with ionization at the loading dock, new steam traps throughout the facility and a new kitchen exhaust system including new rooftop mounted fan and ductwork.

Each of these projects were coordinated directly with BUMC and end users to ensure each activity was coordinated and planned to ensure no unplanned interruptions or down time to critical spaces.
