RICK KARBER
CEORick, a Phoenix native, boasts a construction background dating back to his youth, starting as a shop hand at 15. After serving in the USMC, he returned home and embarked on a construction career. Rick played a pivotal role in major projects like the Phoenix Convention Center, Wild Horse Pass Casino & Hotel, Cox Data Center, IO Data Center, Northern Arizona Wellness Center, and significant endeavors at Sky Harbor International Airport.
With a diverse skill set, Rick adds a valuable perspective to K CORP. His core principles include accountability, meticulous planning, effective execution, and outcome measurement.
Steve Martin
Vice President
Steve joined K CORP in 2015 and boasts 28 years of construction industry expertise. His career includes roles as Chief Estimator at one of Arizona’s largest mechanical contractors, Project Manager, and Project Estimator. Steve has a strong track record of successfully delivering design-build construction projects for diverse clients and industries. His skill set encompasses project delivery, estimating, financial analysis, conceptual design, audits, project development, preconstruction coordination, project management, commissioning, and performance assurance.
In his current capacity, Steve leads our construction teams to achieve outstanding results for our clients. He excels at ensuring team alignment with client requirements and crafting effective solutions.

Currently, Todd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, an Associate degree in Heating and Air Conditioning, an HVAC Contractors License, and licenses as a Journeyman Plumber and Journeyman Electrician.
His true passion is for developing people at all levels and serving clients with excellence.
