Central Plant Upgrades

K CORP provided temporary chillers and pumps to maintain service for the State of Arizona while demo activities and new construction activities were performed. The demo work included removing all existing chillers, pumps, cooling towers, VFDs, fan coils and piping to make way for the new equipment to be installed. K CORP provided new chillers, cooling towers, pumps, fan coils, VFDs, controls, water treatment, insulation and balanced piping and duct work systems on an accelerated schedule to reduce cost of temporary cooling equipment. The new equipment and piping systems were modeled and then fabricated offsite, in advance of the demo activities being completed, which allowed K CORP to complete the work ahead of schedule. The work was completed without interruption or downtime to the State’s operations.
